- Lead time — 7 days from our Shenzhen factory when the design is in stock, 20 to 30 days when it has to be produced. Shipping time is added on top.
- Material & thickness — our PU gel wall tiles are 60% PU, 20% PET, 10% adhesive and 10% release liner, 1.0 mm thick (±0.05 mm).
- Tiered pricing — price breaks at 500–2,000 / 2,000–5,000 / 5,000+ pieces, and SKUs can be mixed inside a tier. Prices are quoted per project.

- Custom retail packaging (optional) — both the 500 pcs stock MOQ and the 1,000 pcs custom-design MOQ ship in our standard packing.
