PU stone panels are typically many times lighter than natural stone of the same coverage, so one installer can carry and mount them by hand. That cuts structural load, transport cost and installation time on projects where real cladding would need cranes or reinforced walls.
The panels are mounted with construction adhesive and screws onto a flat, sound substrate, then joined so the relief lines continue across the wall. No wet trade, no grout and no specialist tools are required, which keeps site cost far below real stone cladding.
Yes. The panels are UV-stabilised and weather-resistant for exterior facades as well as interior feature walls. For extreme sun, coastal salt air or heavy impact zones, tell us the project environment and we will confirm the right finish and fixing details.
The moulds are taken from real stone, so texture, relief and shadow lines read as genuine stone from normal viewing distance. Panels can be painted or tinted on site, and we recommend ordering sample pieces to approve the texture before bulk production.
Stock designs start at 500 pcs per order and custom designs at 1,000 pcs per design. Mixed designs in one order or container are available for importers and distributors building a range.
