Self-Adhesive Slat Wall Panel FAQ

What is a self-adhesive slat wall panel?

It is a flexible PVC or foam wall panel with a slatted, fluted surface and a peel-and-stick backing, used for feature walls, TV backgrounds, headboards, ceilings and retail displays. It gives the rigid look of wood slats with the light weight and easy install of a sticker.

How is a slat panel different from the 3D groove grille sticker?

Slat panels are wider fluted boards that read as full wall cladding; the grille sticker is a thinner accent strip for narrow lines and detail. Both are peel and stick and waterproof, so the choice is width and coverage, not adhesion or substrate.

Can the panel wrap curved walls or columns?

Yes. The flexible PVC body bends around a radius where a rigid wood slat would crack, so it wraps columns, arches and curved feature walls. On tight radii overlap the edges slightly and roll firmly for a continuous look.

Is it waterproof for bathrooms and kitchens?

Yes. The panel is waterproof PVC with a wipe-clean surface, so bathrooms, kitchens and basements are fine. For direct shower spray confirm the build-up with Contact, as with any wall product.

How do I install and join panels seamlessly?

Peel the backing, press onto a clean flat wall and butt panels edge to edge for a continuous fluted run. Order the full wall from one batch so colour and groove depth stay consistent, and use the seam roller to lock the joints.

Can it be applied to ceilings?

Yes. The panel is light enough that the peel-and-stick backing holds on a sound, clean ceiling, adding a slatted feature without framing or specialist fixings. Ensure the ceiling is dry and dust-free before application.

What sizes and MOQ apply to slat panels?

Formats include 0.6 x 3 m strips and modular panels across wood, geometric and foam finishes. Stock designs start at 500 pcs per order and custom sizes or prints at 1,000 pcs per design, with mixed designs shippable in one order.

What is the lead time and how does it ship?

In-stock designs leave Shenzhen within 7 days; made-to-order takes 20 to 30 days before shipment. Transit is 3 to 7 days by express or 15 to 30 days by sea, FOB Shenzhen, CE / SGS certified.
