Standard packing
- Inner packing — 10 pieces per OPP bag

- Material — 60% PU (polyurethane) + 20% PET + 10% adhesive + 10% backing paper

Coverage per carton is calculated from the nominal tile size and excludes cutting waste. Order a little extra for cuts, corners and future repairs.
Container planning
Every carton measures 0.0301 CBM, so roughly 33 cartons fit into one cubic metre of usable container space. To size a shipment, multiply the number of cartons by 0.0301 CBM and check the result against the usable volume your forwarder quotes for the container and route you plan to book — usable volume varies by container type, stowage and carrier.
Mixed containers are fine. You can combine several in-stock designs in one container, which is how buyers reach the 500 pcs minimum without over-ordering a single design.
Custom retail packaging (optional)
Both the 500 pcs stock MOQ and the 1,000 pcs custom-design MOQ ship in our standard packing. Printed retail packaging is a separate, optional item with its own minimum run:

Frequently Asked Questions
How many pieces are in one carton?
Between 200 and 400 pieces, depending on tile size: 254 × 213 mm tiles pack 400 per carton, 300 × 300 mm and 305 × 305 mm tiles pack 200. See the table above for the exact count per size.
Can I mix different designs in one carton or container?
Designs are packed per SKU inside a carton, but you can freely mix SKUs across cartons in the same container. This is the normal way buyers meet the 500 pcs minimum while ordering several designs.
What is the CBM per carton?
0.0301 CBM for every carton in the standard range, because the carton size is fixed at 34 × 34 × 26 cm. Only the piece count and weight change with tile size.
Do you offer custom retail packaging?
Yes — insert card, header card, backing card, envelope or printed colour box, each with an optional Euro hole. Minimum run is 1,000 packs, charged at cost and itemised separately in your quote.
Do you provide a packing list before shipment?
Yes. Every shipment comes with a packing list showing carton count, piece count per carton, net and gross weight and total CBM, so your forwarder can plan the booking.
