What is SPC flooring, and when should I choose it over thin LVT?
SPC is a stone-plastic composite with a rigid core of 4.2 to 8.2 mm. The rigid body stays dimensionally stable, bridges minor subfloor imperfections and takes heavier foot traffic, so choose SPC for rentals, showrooms, gyms and hospitality. Thin flexible LVT is the faster, lighter option for budget room refreshes.
What sizes and formats does the range cover?
Planks in 228 x 1524 mm and 183 x 1220 mm plus 305 x 610 mm tiles, across 56 wood-grain and stone designs. Product Catalog and we will mark the formats and designs that match your market.
Do I need glue or underlay with self-adhesive SPC?
No glue and no separate underlay are required: the pre-applied adhesive backing bonds to a sound, flat, dry substrate. Where you need acoustic comfort or levelling, we offer 1 to 2 mm IXPE underlay options built into the product.
Is SPC flooring waterproof?
Yes. The SPC core and vinyl wear surface are 100% waterproof, so kitchens, bathrooms, basements and commercial areas are fine. For shower floors and standing water, confirm the build-up with Contact before you specify.
What subfloor preparation is required?
A clean, dry and reasonably flat substrate. Vacuum dust, fill major dips and run a moisture test on fresh concrete. The rigid core tolerates more imperfection than thin LVT, but a flat base still gives the best bond and finish.
What is the MOQ, and can I mix designs?
Stock designs start at 500 m2 per order and custom work at 1,000 m2 per design. Mixed designs per container are available for importers and distributors building a full range.
What is the lead time and how does it ship?
In-stock designs ship from Shenzhen within 7 days. Made-to-order production takes 20 to 30 days before shipment. Transit adds 3 to 7 days by express or 15 to 30 days by sea. All orders ship FOB Shenzhen and are CE / SGS certified.
