3D Groove Grille Series FAQ
What is a groove or grille panel used for?
Feature walls, TV backgrounds, reception desks, retail displays and hospitality interiors. The deep linear grooves throw shadow lines that a flat wall tile cannot produce, which is why the series is specified where the wall itself is the design element.
How is the grille panel installed: glue or peel and stick?
Peel and stick. There is no glue, no grout and no specialist labour, and the lightweight PVC body is safe for most finished walls. That removes the wet-trade cost that usually kills fluted-panel projects.
Does the groove collect dust?
Dust settles in the grooves, but a vacuum brush or a dry microfibre cloth is enough. Matte finishes hide dust better than gloss, so matte is the safer choice for high-ceiling or hard-to-reach walls.
Can panels be butt-jointed into one continuous wall?
Yes. Panels are designed to run edge to edge for a seamless fluted wall. Order the full wall from one production batch so the colour and groove depth stay consistent.
Will the panel hold on a wall with texture or wallpaper?
Only on sound, flat and clean substrates. Textured plaster, loose wallpaper or damp walls need to be flattened or removed first, because the adhesive follows the surface underneath.
What is the MOQ, and can we specify groove depth or colour?
Stock designs start at 500 pcs per order. Custom groove depth, colour and panel size start at 1,000 pcs per design, and mixed designs can ship in one order.
What is the lead time and how does it ship?
Stock designs leave Shenzhen within 7 days; custom production takes 20 to 30 days. Transit is 3 to 7 days by express or 15 to 30 days by sea, FOB Shenzhen, CE / SGS certified.
