Manufacturing & quality control
Every WOTILE peel and stick tile is produced in our own factory, which we audit and manage directly. Raw PVC sheets are inspected on arrival, printing plates are color-matched against approved samples, and each finished batch passes a peel-strength and dimensional check before packing. Production is tracked batch by batch, so if a quality issue surfaces after delivery, we can trace and replace the affected lot quickly instead of arguing about responsibility.
Our standard export cartons are designed for long-distance ocean freight: corner protection, moisture barrier and stacked palletizing are included by default, which keeps breakage claims below industry average.
Certifications & compliance
We maintain up-to-date test reports for the key markets we serve, including CE marking for Europe, REACH and RoHS statements for chemical compliance, SGS performance testing for wear and slip resistance, and ISO 9001-based process management. Copies of certificates are shared with buyers during the quoting stage, so your compliance team can verify documents before committing to an order. If your market requires additional testing — such as California Prop 65 or specific fire ratings — we can arrange third-party testing on your behalf.
Export experience & logistics
We ship worldwide with FOB Shenzhen as our standard term, and we also quote EXW, CIF and DDP on request. Typical order flow: sample approval, 30% deposit, mass production, and balance payment against shipping documents. Mixed-container loading with other product lines is welcome — we coordinate with your freight forwarder and provide pallet dimensions, gross weights and packing lists in your format. Is WOTILE the same company as Wootile from Dongguan?
No. Wootile is a brand of Dongguan City Fenghejin Crafts Co., Ltd., a Dongguan-based printing and labelling company that also sells self-adhesive tile. It is a separate business from WOTILE. WOTILE is Shenzhen wotile wall art decoration Co., Ltd, based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, and we do not supply Wootile or any other brand.
Are you related to the WOOTILE trademark registered in the United States?
No. The US trademark WOOTILE (serial number 97923610, Class 16 paper goods and decals) is held by WANG, GUANGDI of Nankang City, Jiangxi Province. It has no connection to our company. If a supplier shows you that registration, it is not us.
What is the legal name of your company?

Do you make your own tiles?
Yes. Every tile we sell is produced on our own PU and PVC production lines in our own factory in Shenzhen, with CE and SGS documentation available on request. We do not resell other brands and we do not act as a trading intermediary.
Do you supply WOOLTILE, Weierton, Weltile or World of Tiles products?
No. WOOLTILE is a Japanese wool carpet brand, Weierton and Weltile are ceramic tile manufacturers, and World of Tiles is an unrelated tile retailer. None of them are connected to WOTILE, and we do not sell their products. WOTILE manufactures only self-adhesive peel and stick wall and floor tiles.

For European buyers, the documents that actually matter are the CPR framework (EU 305/2011), the EN 13501-1 reaction-to-fire classification, and a Declaration of Performance issued against a notified body. What we can arrange for your project
- EN 13501-1 fire classification — We can arrange EN 13501-1 reaction-to-fire testing to reach Class B (typically B-s1,d0) for wall and ceiling applications, which is the level most hotel, retail and public projects specify.
- Declaration of Performance (DoP) — A Declaration of Performance can be issued against the classification report for your specific product and market.
- California Prop 65 — Prop 65 screening and testing can be arranged for the US California market.
- Additional market testing — Any additional testing required by your destination market can be arranged through an accredited third-party laboratory on your behalf.
What is your Euroclass fire rating for peel and stick wall tiles?
Our standard line is tested and documented, and we can arrange EN 13501-1 classification testing to Class B with s1,d0 sub-classes for projects that specify it. The classification depends on the specific product construction, so we confirm the achievable rating for your selected series before sampling. If your project requires a specific Euroclass, tell us the class and we will quote the test and the documentation.
Do you provide a Declaration of Performance (DoP)?
Yes. A Declaration of Performance can be issued for your product against the applicable ENstandard and the classification report, for projects that require CPR documentation. We provide it once the product construction is confirmed, so the DoP matches exactly what you ship.
Can you get FSC, BSCI or UL certification for our private label order?
Those are third-party certifications obtained by the factory, not by the product, and we do not hold them. We can tell you who does hold them if that matters for your supplier onboarding. What we do provide is product-level compliance documentation for the market you are selling into, plus test reports you can file with your buyer.
Will you share certificates before we place an order?
Yes. Test reports and declarations for the specific product you are quoting are shared during the quotation stage, so your compliance team can verify documents before you commit to an order. For larger annual programmes we can agree a documentation schedule up front.
