What is your minimum order quantity? MOQ starts from 50 m² per pattern for standard designs. Custom printing runs start higher; send us your target volume and we will confirm the exact threshold.

Can I order samples first? Yes. We ship sample kits worldwide by express courier. Sample cost is refundable against your first bulk order.

How long does production take? Standard patterns: 15–20 days after deposit. Custom OEM/ODM projects: 25–35 days depending on artwork complexity.

Do you support custom packaging and branding? Yes — custom cartons, insert cards, barcode labeling and private-label branding are all available. Share your artwork requirements and we will quote the packaging options.

What trade terms do you offer? FOB Shenzhen is standard; EXW, CIF and DDP available on request. We accept T/T and trade-assurance style arrangements for first orders.
