Manufacturing & quality control

Every WOTILE peel and stick tile is produced in our own production lines rather than brokered from third-party factories. Raw PVC sheets are inspected on arrival, printing plates are color-matched against approved samples, and each finished batch passes a peel-strength and dimensional check before packing. Production is tracked batch by batch, so if a quality issue surfaces after delivery, we can trace and replace the affected lot quickly instead of arguing about responsibility.

Our standard export cartons are designed for long-distance ocean freight: corner protection, moisture barrier and stacked palletizing are included by default, which keeps breakage claims below industry average.

Certifications & compliance

We maintain up-to-date test reports for the key markets we serve, including CE marking for Europe, REACH and RoHS statements for chemical compliance, SGS performance testing for wear and slip resistance, and ISO 9001-based process management. Copies of certificates are shared with buyers during the quoting stage, so your compliance team can verify documents before committing to an order. If your market requires additional testing — such as California Prop 65 or specific fire ratings — we can arrange third-party testing on your behalf.

Export experience & logistics

We ship worldwide with FOB Shenzhen as our standard term, and we also quote EXW, CIF and DDP on request. Typical order flow: sample approval, 30% deposit, mass production, and balance payment against shipping documents. Mixed-container loading with other product lines is welcome — we coordinate with your freight forwarder and provide pallet dimensions, gross weights and packing lists in your format. For repeat orders, we keep your artwork, packaging specs and color standards on file so reorders match the original batch without re-sampling.
