Four core materials are used across the range, each with a different job. PU gel creates the raised 3D relief that reads as tile rather than vinyl sheet. For in-stock catalogue designs the wholesale MOQ starts at 500 pieces per order, so you can mix styles in a single shipment and pay freight once. Custom size, pattern, backing or packaging starts at 1,000 pieces per design. We send free samples of standard designs so you can check print resolution, adhesion, thickness and colour before committing; custom projects get a paid pre-production sample so the bulk run matches the proof.
Quality Control at Every Stage, With Traceable Batches
Quality control runs at four points: incoming material, in-process printing and lamination, inspection before packing, and a final pre-shipment check. Each stage is recorded against the batch number. A buyer or your third-party inspector can verify quantity, packing and quality at our Shenzhen plant before the container leaves; we support factory audits and third-party inspection on request.

For import paperwork, what we hold today is a CE marking system, SGS testing, REACH and RoHS documentation, and ISO 9001 system management. Test reports and certificates are provided on request for your customs files and buyer onboarding. For European projects that require CPR (EU) 305/2011, an EN 13501-1 reaction-to-fire class and a Declaration of Performance, those specific documents can be arranged per project; tell us your target market and we will confirm what can be arranged before you order. On FSC, BSCI, UL and CLARITY: we can build to those requirements but we do not hold those certifications, and we would rather say so up front.

Private Label, OEM and ODM Programs
Three cooperation models are available. OEM means we produce to your specification, with your pattern, size, backing and packaging under your brand. ODM means you start from an existing WOTILE design and apply your brand, which is faster and cheaper to develop.
